The Hernando Community Coalition (HCC) is committed to reducing the problems of alcohol and other drug use and abuse and related consequences in Hernando County. Beginning in 2003, the HCC serves as a convener of community sectors such as youth, parents, schools, law enforcement, healthcare professionals and more who work in partnership to develop and implement thoughtful plans of action to leading to positive community-level change.  

Our Mission is to serve as a collective voice for Hernando County residents working towards the health and wellness of community members, with a focus on youth substance abuse.
